At GreenPath Market, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help make things right!
Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items, flowers, plants)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Items marked as final sale.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. We cannot accept items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
How to Request a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at info@greenpathmarket.store or use our online Contact Form to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return.
- Approval & Instructions: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
- Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
- Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note, depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible, within 30 days of delivery) and place a new order.
